3. Application
It is mainly used to remove nitrate from aqueous solution,the selectivity coefficient for nitrate is about 1000 times that of sulfate,the common strong alkali I resin is close to saturation when adsorb the nitrate and sulphuric acid roots, the sulfate radical is converted into hydrogen sulfate,a large number of hydrogen sulfate root displaces nitrate and enters the water, so that the nitrate content in the effluent increases by several times or even tens of times.Cause the so-called "pouring" phenomenon of thenitrate.D752 selectivity coefficient is very different,will not adsorb sulfate radical,so there is no "pouring" phenomenon of thenitrate.It is applied to drinking water treatment in areas where the content of underground nitrate is high. It is regenerated with 4~6% salt water. The operation is similar to that of softened water.
