1.Description

PE-P It is an anion exchange resin for inorganic phosphorus adsorption. Based on the framework structure with excellent physical and chemical stability, it has excellent removal effect on phosphate and phosphite in water treatment.PE-P is a moist, chlorine-shaped ball and has a controlled particle size that reduces pressure at high flow rates.PE-P is easy to regenerate, and has a stronger resistance to organic pollution than the phenol type ion exchange resin, longer service life, the effect is more durable and stable.

4.Product application

PE-P The treatment of inorganic phosphorus in wastewater has obvious effect on the wastewater of sodium phosphate, sodium phosphite, disodium hydrogen phosphate and total phosphorus in water samples. The operation data proves that the treated wastewater can meet the requirements of total phosphorus discharge required by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
 
  • Resin pretreatment

1,Backwash 10 to 15 minutes, resin bed expansion rate is controlled in 30%-50%, backwash volume is 2 to 5 times the resin bed volume;
2,The resin was regenerated countercurrent with 4-5% NaOH solution at a flow rate of 4BV/H for 30-60 minutes;
3,Backwash the resin with pure water or soft water at a flow rate of 4-10BV /H for 30 minutes;
4,The resin bed was backwashed with 5% NaOH at a flow rate of 4BV/H, and the transformation time was 30-60 minutes;
