EXTREPURE PM406 Uranium Removal
PM406 It is a method to remove and recover uranium and other radioactive materials from solution.A macroporous resin with a polystyrene pyridine skeleton, such as this resin has a very high selectivity to molybdenum, rhenium. General environmental factors can not interfere with its selection of uranium removal and recovery.

,Product application
PM406 It can be used in hydrometallurgical process to extract uranyl sulfate complex from acidic leaching solution of ISL.It can be concentrated and extracted uranium ore from waste water and mineral fluids,used in the nuclear industry to enrich and purify thorium and plutonium uranium.
,Resin pretreatment
1,Backwash 10 to 15 minutes, resin bed expansion rate is controlled in 30%-50%, backwash volume is 2 to 5 times of the resin bed volume;
2,The resin was regenerated under of using 4-5% lye or thiourea at a flow rate of 4BV/H for 30-60 minutes;
3,Backwash the resin with pure water or soft water at a flow rate of 4-10BV /H for 30 minutes;
4,The resin bed was backwashed with 5% hydrochloric acid/sulfuric acid at a flow rate of 4BV/H, and the transition time was 30-60 minutes;
